RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Every step in our supply chain has been thoroughly crafted and we guarantee our quality through out the process.
The items once sold cannot be returned or exchanged as every item is custom made especially for you.
Once the order has been received and confirmed by our exclusive clients it will be custom made as per your choice and shipped.
The items you’ve purchased during Clearance and Price Match events will not be refunded or replaced as well.
NOTE: If there are some alterations in sizes or not as per the size ordered please contact our support team for best cooperation & resolution.
- Rj’s Pret does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products as once the order has been received and confirmed from our exclusive clients it will be custom made as per your choice and shipped.
- Exchanges are accepted only for the below mentioned scenarios within 07 days of the shipment for local delivery and 15 days of the shipment for international deliveries.
Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
The received product(s) differed from the original order.
Please email pictures of the defective item to email@example.com or call at +92 300 8594219 within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a
dispute. Rj’s Pret team will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
3. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
- Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- If, during delivery, custom duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
- Rj’s Pret does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
- Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Rj’s Pret within next 60 days.
- Rj’s Pret may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include but not limited to: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.
- We do not store Credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.
Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during photo shoot, your device display settings or
printing quality of catalog and/or inlay cards etc.
